Why are you charging fee for the event?

Sankruti is a nonprofit organization.

Donations, memberships, and event registration cover the cost of the event.

However, we have kept a very low registration fee for the convenience of our visitors.

There will be no registration fee for visiting parents and kids under 12 years.
Do you serve food in Durga Puja?

We will have food vendors selling vegetarian food.

Sanskruti will also provide festive meals (Rice/ Puri, Curry Sweet, Salad) at a nominal price of $6 for visitors above 12 years.

I am not an Odia, Can I still visit?

Sankruti is committed to creating a Durga puja experience as per Odia tradition and value. We take extreme pride in our culture and want to showcase to everyone.

Though it is organized by Odia's of Dallas, we welcome everybody to visit Sankruti Odia Durga puja irrespective of there language, religion and nationality.
Can we have registration on site?
